About the Role

At Eastside Co, we build high-performing Shopify stores for global ecommerce brands.

We are hiring an Onboarding & Customer Support Executive to manage client communication, handle onboarding, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the project lifecycle.

Who Can Apply

  • Freshers are welcome
  • 0–2 years experience in customer support / client handling (preferred)
  • Excellent English communication (must)
  • Comfortable working in US / UK shifts

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding process
  • Collect project requirements, assets, and details
  • Set clear expectations on timelines and deliverables

Customer Support

  • Handle client queries via email, and chat
  • Provide timely and clear resolutions
  • Escalate technical issues when required

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate with design, development, and marketing teams
  • Track progress and update clients regularly
  • Ensure smooth communication across teams

Relationship Management

  • Build strong client relationships
  • Maintain professionalism and trust
  • Ensure high client satisfaction

Skills Required

  • Strong English communication (written & verbal)
  • Problem-solving mindset
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic ecommerce understanding (Shopify is a plus)
  • Ability to handle multiple clients
