Salary: ₹4,00,000 – ₹7,00,000 per annum
Job DescriptionWe are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well as experienced professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining quality standards.
- Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
- Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members and support business objectives.
