Job Title: BPO Executive / Customer Support Associate

Role Summary:Handle customer interactions through voice, email, or chat channels, resolve queries, provide product/service information, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.Meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.Follow company policies and process guidelines.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.Maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Required Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.Strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation.Ability to work in rotational shifts.Good listening and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:Any Graduate / Undergraduate (depending on company requirements).Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
