Job Description (JD) – Promoter (Field Sales)

Location: Bengaluru

About the Role

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Promoters to promote our products/services, engage with customers, generate leads, and drive sales growth across assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote products/services directly to customers at assigned locations.

• Approach and engage potential customers to explain product features and benefits.

• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

• Collect customer feedback and market insights.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and closures.

• Ensure brand visibility and positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• 0–3 years of experience in field sales, promotion, or customer-facing roles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned area.

• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and reporting tools.

• Positive attitude and target-driven mindset.

Preferred Experience

Experience in BTL activities, direct sales, field marketing, or retail promotion.
