Job Description

  1. Proactively engage with registered clients to manage and drive timely subscription renewals.
  2. Deliver clear, accurate, and comprehensive information regarding rented products and services.
  3. Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the system.
  4. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt and seamless resolution of customer concerns.
  5. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term client relationships.
