Job Summary : We are hiring Customer Support Executives to manage inbound calls and assist customers with their queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in any regional languages and professional English, a customer-centric approach, and a willingness to learn. Freshers are welcome to apply!
Key Responsibilities : Handle
- inbound customer calls and provide prompt and professional support.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.
- Proficiency in any regional language and professional English (spoken & written).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & CRM tools (training will be provided).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of customer service tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk is an advantage.
