Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and updating records in Excel and internal systems
  • Maintaining MIS and basic reports
  • Making outbound calls for follow-ups and coordination
  • Handling incoming calls and customer/vendor communication
  • Supporting operations and administrative tasks

Skills Required:

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Email)
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
