Job Description
Job Brief:
We are looking for a Typist to perform typing and word-processing tasks for VR Associates Legal Firm. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers as well.
Key Responsibilities:
Type and format documents accurately and efficiently.
Transcribe handwritten notes into digital format.
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence.
Edit documents for grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
Maintain physical and digital filing systems.
Assist with general office tasks like scanning, printing, and copying.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills:
Typing speed: Minimum 40 WPM (touch typing is a plus).
Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good command of English grammar and spelling.
Ability to manage time and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
12th Pass or Any Graduate.
Additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Soft Skills
Excellent communication skills in Kannada and English.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
