Job Summary:We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Dental Clinic Assistant to support our dental team and ensure the smooth operation of daily clinical and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent patient care skills.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare treatment rooms before dental procedures by cleaning and setting up instruments and materials.
• Assist the dentist during procedures such as fillings, cleanings, extractions, and other treatments.
• Sterilize dental instruments and maintain strict infection control protocols.
• Take and develop dental X-rays (if certified).
• Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients.
• Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.
• Manage inventory of dental supplies and notify management when stock is low.
• Schedule appointments and manage patient intake (if required).
• Perform general administrative duties including answering phones and billing support.
