Designer Cum Client Relationship Manager – Interior Design

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and client-oriented Designer cum Client Relationship Manager to join our interior design team. This hybrid role involves preparing functional and aesthetic design solutions, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth coordination between design, execution, and client needs. Experience in Infurnia software will be considered a strong advantage.

• Key Responsibilities:Design Responsibilities:Meet clients to understand their lifestyle, requirements, and budget.
• Develop 2D layouts, 3D visualizations, and mood boards that reflect client needs.
• Suggest appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and décor.
• Prepare detailed quotations, and cost estimates.
• Use design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Infurnia to create professional designs and working drawings.
• Client Relationship & Project Management:Act as the single point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Present design concepts, proposals, and pricing clearly and persuasively.
• Manage client communications, ensuring satisfaction at each stage.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate with contractors, and monitor execution progress.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per approved designs.
• Build strong client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
• Requirements:Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design and client management.
• Strong portfolio of executed residential/commercial interiors.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray (Infurnia experience preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Hindi/Kannada will be an advantage).
• Knowledge of cost estimation, quotations, and vendor management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously.
• Preferred Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of modular furniture, kitchens, and turnkey interiors.
• Client-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
