Interior Designer

Samagra Interiors is looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Rendering Designer who can develop photorealistic interior visualizations while also supporting client interactions. The ideal candidate should be capable of explaining design concepts, presenting visuals, understanding client feedback, and implementing changes to ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality 3D renderings and walkthroughs for residential interior projects.
• Develop accurate 3D models based on layouts, design briefs, and client requirements.
• Prepare and present mood boards featuring materials, color palettes, textures, furniture, and finishes.
• Interact with clients to explain design concepts, materials, and visualization details in a clear and professional manner.
• Understand client feedback and incorporate design revisions and changes efficiently.
• Coordinate with interior designers and project teams to align designs with project goals.
• Apply realistic lighting, textures, and décor elements to enhance presentation quality.
• Ensure designs are practical, aesthetically appealing, and aligned with approved concepts.
• Maintain organized libraries for models, textures, and materials.
• Stay updated on market products, visualization techniques, and interior trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in 3D visualization for interior projects.
• Proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant 3D visualization tools.
• Strong knowledge of current interior products, materials, finishes, and market trends.
• Ability to confidently present designs to clients and handle design-related discussions.
• Strong understanding of lighting, color theory, textures, and spatial aesthetics.
• Ability to interpret AutoCAD drawings and design layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in residential turnkey interior projects.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Strong portfolio showcasing realistic renderings and mood boards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
