Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Experience: 1 Year

We are hiring Desktop Support Engineers with 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting. The role involves diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, printer, network, and system-related issues for end users. Candidates should have good knowledge of desktop/laptop installation, OS troubleshooting, system formatting, user account management, antivirus support, and basic networking concepts.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable with remote support, ticket handling, system upgrades, and maintaining IT assets. Familiarity with Windows environment, MS Office, Outlook configuration, LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and basic firewall/network support is preferred.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach are essential. Candidates must be proactive, technically sound, and ready to work in a fast-paced support environment.
Immediate joiners preferred. Great opportunity to grow in IT infrastructure and end-user support.
