Fire Alarm Technician

What You'll Do:

• Install, program, and test fire alarm systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems meet safety codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Diagnose and repair faults in wiring, control panels, detectors, and other system components.
• Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and compliance documentation.Collaborate with project managers, electricians, and safety officers to deliver seamless installations.
• Educate clients on system operation, maintenance, and emergency procedures.

What You'll Bring:

• Proven experience in installing and servicing fire alarm systems (addressable and conventional).
• Knowledge of relevant safety codes, NFPA standards, and local regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.Physical ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and handle tools/equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in fire alarm installation/maintenance (preferred).
• Certification in fire alarm installation/maintenance (preferred but not mandatory).
