🔹 Job Summary:

We are looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for managing customer interactions related to loan repayments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves handling customer queries and driving recovery while maintaining a professional approach.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue accounts
• Communicate details such as due dates, repayment amounts, penalties, and payment modes
• Assist customers with loan-related queries (disbursal, repayment, etc.)
• Ensure timely collections and meet assigned targets
• Maintain and update customer records and collection status
• Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve concerns

🔹 Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to handle customer calls effectively
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

🔹 Additional Requirements

• Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
• Regional languages (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu) are a plus
• Willingness to work 6 days a week
