🔹 Job Summary:
We are looking for a Collections Specialist responsible for managing customer interactions related to loan repayments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves handling customer queries and driving recovery while maintaining a professional approach.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with customers for pending payments and overdue accounts
- Communicate details such as due dates, repayment amounts, penalties, and payment modes
- Assist customers with loan-related queries (disbursal, repayment, etc.)
- Ensure timely collections and meet assigned targets
- Maintain and update customer records and collection status
- Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve concerns
🔹 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Undergraduate / Graduate
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
🔹 Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customer calls effectively
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
🔹 Additional Requirements
- Languages: English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Regional languages (Kannada/Tamil/Telugu) are a plus
- Willingness to work 6 days a week
