Retail Store Assistant – Basic Job & Main Tasks

For Freshers:

  • Assist customers and answer basic questions about products
  • Keep shelves clean, organized, and fully stocked
  • Support billing and payment at the counter
  • Help maintain overall store cleanliness and display

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally
  • Manage stock levels, inventory checks, and product displays
  • Operate billing systems accurately and handle cash transactions
  • Support team members, coordinate daily store activities, and ensure smooth store operations
