E-commerce Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily orders across e-commerce marketplaces.

• Ensure all orders are dispatched within the stipulated timelines.

• Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Manage return, replacement, and RTO (Return to Origin) orders.

• Handle marketplace claims, reimbursements, and dispute cases.

• Monitor pending orders, cancellations, and shipment exceptions.

• Track inventory levels and report stock discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with marketplace SLAs and performance metrics.

• Prepare operational reports related to orders, returns, and claims.

• Coordinate with logistics partners to resolve delivery-related issues.

• Maintain accurate records of order processing and returns.

• Work closely with internal teams to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub.

• Knowledge of order processing and inventory management.

• Good understanding of returns, claims, and reimbursement processes.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

• Graduate / Pursuing Graduation.

• 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations preferred.
