# 001 Emartbuy is a prominent UK-based multi-channel e-commerce business specializing in gift boxes, hampers, packaging, and accessories. The company operates across a diverse ecosystem of platforms including Amazon UK (FBA & FBM), Shopify (Retail & Trade), eBay, Etsy, Temu, TikTok Shop, Faire, and Ankorstore.

  • ## Key Responsibilities### 1. Marketplace & Social Media ManagementChannel Ownership: Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Temu, TikTok Shop, Faire, Ankorstore, and Shopify.
  • Listing Optimization: Oversee listings, content, pricing, and promotions while ensuring channel-appropriate margins.
  • Advertising: Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns and paid advertising on alternative platforms.
  • Account Health: Monitor seller metrics, customer communications, and platform compliances.
  • Social Commerce: Plan and execute content/campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to align with seasonal launches.


  • ### 2. Shopify & Wholesale (B2B/DTC)Storefront Management: Maintain the retail store (emartbuy.co.uk) and trade site (trade.emartbuy.co.uk) including products, collections, and navigation.
  • Email Marketing: Execute targeted email campaigns and seasonal promotions to drive DTC and B2B revenue.
  • Wholesale Growth: Re-engage lapsed wholesale clients and expand the retailer ecosystem via Faire and Ankorstore.


  • ### 3. Inventory & SystemsStock Synchronization: Maintain multi-channel inventory sync to completely mitigate overselling and stockouts.
  • Logistics & Supply Chain: Raise purchase orders, manage supplier lead times, and seamlessly plan Amazon FBA shipments.
  • Systems Utilization: Work within existing inventory software and assist in onboarding new integration tools.


  • ### 4. Analytics & ReportingPerformance Tracking: Produce clear weekly and monthly performance reports detailing sales, ad spend, and SKU-level profitability.
  • Strategic Growth: Identify underperforming listings, structural margin risks, and fresh growth opportunities to present to UK management.
  • ## Candidate Profile### Essential Criteria3–6 years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central FBA/FBM, Shopify, eBay, Etsy). UK/EU market experience is highly preferred.
  • Robust experience running Amazon PPC campaigns with a strong grasp of bidding structures.
  • Prior experience utilizing Inventory Management Systems (e.g., Linnworks, Veeqo, Cin7, or similar).
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capabilities with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Flawless written English for professional listings, corporate communication, and performance reporting.
  • Tech-Savvy Mindset: Confident using AI tools daily with a proactive attitude toward learning and implementing emerging tech.
  • ### Desirable CriteriaDirect experience handling niche marketplaces like Faire, Ankorstore, Temu, or TikTok Shop.
  • Social media management background (content scheduling, creation, and analytics tools).
  • Familiarity with product research and analytics software like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
