Job Description
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Developing Electrical drawings in AutoCAD
Prepare load schedules, panel sizing, and Single Line Diagrams (SLDs).
Preparing BOQ & cost estimate.
Project Supervision: Oversee daily on-site electrical works, ensuring adherence to architectural, structural, and electrical drawings.
Quality Control & Compliance: Guarantee all installations meet local electrical codes, national standards, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
Testing & Commissioning: Supervise and document pre-commissioning tests (e.g., insulation resistance, continuity) and final system handovers.
Troubleshooting: Identify, evaluate, and resolve technical problems and equipment malfunctions during construction.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed site records, prepare Requests for Information (RFIs), track Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and process electrical Permits to Work.
