Job Description: Email Marketing Specialist (Work From Home)

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a remote (Work From Home) position for candidates with a proven track record in email outreach, campaign management, and lead generation. • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Conduct targeted email outreach to generate leads and build business relationships.
• Write engaging, personalized, and conversion-focused email copy.
• Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and performance analysis.
• Maintain high email deliverability and follow email marketing best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach campaigns with business goals.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 2+ years of proven experience in Email Marketing and Email Outreach.
• Strong knowledge of email marketing tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Mailchimp, Lemlist, HubSpot, etc.).
• Experience with cold email outreach and lead generation.
• Excellent written English and communication skills.
• Understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Preferred QualificationsExperience with B2B lead generation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered personalization and email automation tools.
• Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for campaign reporting.
