Role Objective:

To plan, execute, and manage all brand activations, including exhibitions, trade fairs, and in-store promotions, ensuring maximum product visibility, customer engagement, and sales generation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Event Planning & Execution

* Identify and research relevant exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events in Bangalore and other cities

* Coordinate with event organizers and secure participation opportunities

* Represent SNN Foods professionally while pitching for event participation

* Plan complete event setup including stall design, branding, and product display

2. End-to-End Event Ownership

* Take complete responsibility from factory to event and back to factory

* Ensure smooth transportation of products, materials, and equipment

* Manage stall setup, operations, and dismantling

* Be fully accountable for event success and execution quality

3. In-Store Activations & Sampling

* Plan and execute in-shop promotional activities

* Organize live cooking/sampling sessions using SNN masala products

* Coordinate preparation of food samples with quality and hygiene standards

* Drive customer engagement and product trials to increase sales

4. Team Management

* Lead and manage a small team (including promoters/sampling staff)

* Train team members on product knowledge and customer interaction

* Ensure discipline, grooming, and performance during events

5. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

* Liaise with event organizers, mall management, retail stores, and vendors

* Negotiate costs and manage budgets effectively

* Ensure all permissions, approvals, and logistics are handled smoothly

6. Inventory & Logistics Management

* Plan stock requirements for each event

* Ensure proper handling, storage, and tracking of products

* Avoid stock shortages or excess wastage

7. Cash Handling & Reporting

* Manage cash sales at events/stalls responsibly

* Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and collections

* Submit daily/weekly reports on:

  * Sales performance

  * Customer feedback

  * Event ROI

8. Brand Representation

* Act as the face of SNN Foods during events

* Ensure premium product presentation and strong brand communication

* Collect market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback

* Hands-on, problem-solving attitude

* Willingness to travel frequently

* Basic knowledge of sales and retail activations

Preferred Experience:

* 3–6 years in event management / FMCG activations / retail promotions

* Experience in food, spices, or consumer products industry is a plus
