Senior Waiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Waiter with strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing service operations in a dynamic restaurant environment. The ideal candidate is confident, customer-focused, tech-savvy, and capable of leading a service team to deliver high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth guest service delivery
• Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 service staff, ensuring proper training, grooming, and performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to manage order flow and timely service
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards at all times
• Prepare and maintain daily reports, service checklists, and operational documentation
• Monitor inventory for service equipment and communicate needs to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or CDR (Casual Dining Restaurant) formats
• Experience in an Italian restaurant is a strong advantage
• Basic computer proficiency: ability to handle reports, input data, and work with spreadsheets smoothly
• Must have experience leading and managing a team of 10–15 staff members
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Candidates with a 3-year hospitality degree or diploma may be considered with 4–6 years of relevant experience
• Flexible with shifts, weekends, and holiday schedules
