Job Description

Position: Senior Bartender

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, and beverages efficiently
  • Handle bar operations during shifts
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area
  • Train and guide junior bartenders and bar staff
  • Ensure proper stock handling and inventory control
  • Deliver excellent customer service and guest experience
  • Coordinate with service and kitchen teams smoothly
  • Follow alcohol service standards and safety regulations
  • Manage billing and cash handling when required

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of bartending experience
  • Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar operations
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments
  • Flexible for rotational shifts and weekends
