Steward / Waitress – Job Description

Role:

We are looking for friendly and energetic Stewards/Waitresses to provide excellent service to our guests in our Pan-Asian restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests politely.
• Present menu and explain dishes if needed.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve food and drinks in a professional manner.
• Ensure tables are clean and properly set.
• Check with guests to ensure they are satisfied with the food and service.
• Clear used plates and keep the dining area clean.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Handle basic customer requests politely and quickly.

Requirements:

• Basic English or Hindi communication skills.
• Friendly personality and good customer service attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Neat appearance and good hygiene.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not mandatory.
