Factory Worker

The Factory Helper will assist in day-to-day manufacturing activities related to elevator production, assembly, material handling, packing, loading, and maintaining cleanliness and safety within the factory premises. The role requires physical work, willingness to learn, and support to technicians and machine operators.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist technicians and production staff in elevator component manufacturing and assembly work.
• Support machine operators during fabrication, cutting, drilling, welding, and finishing activities.
• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished goods within the factory.
• Help in packing elevator components for dispatch.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor and storage areas.
• Arrange tools, equipment, and materials required for daily operations.
• Support inventory handling and stock movement when required.
• Follow safety procedures and use protective equipment as instructed.
• Report damaged materials, unsafe conditions, or operational issues to supervisors.
• Assist in installation material preparation for site teams.
• Perform other factory-related duties assigned by management.
• Eligibility:Minimum qualification: ITI / PUC / SSLC / 10th Pass preferred.
• Freshers can apply.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, fabrication, machine operation, or factory work is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of tools and machinery preferred.
