Field Marketing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

Show residential and commercial properties for sale, purchase, lease or rental Basic computer knowledge, must have decent smart phone, two wheeler. Able to talk convincingly with buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties. Operating knowledge of CRM is a plus. Involves field work as well as work from office.

1. Graduate preferred but not compulsory

2. Should have own conveyance that is two wheeler

3. Minimum 6 months experience in sales/direct sales/field sales

4. Good Communication skills

5. Should be able to work in a fast- paced & target-driven environment

6. Self-motivated

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Indirect Selling (leads will be provided by the Digital Marketing Team / Social Media and Back Office Team Members)

2. Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer to generate new business for the organization.

3. Lead generation & proactive follow-ups on leads, convincing, conversion

4. Ensure adherence to sales processes and requirements.

5. Minimum 3-4 appointments with clients on daily basis.

6. Good presentation and sales closing skills.

7. Maintain daily reports.

Sales and marketing experience good to have.

Basis knowledge of computer, ability to plan and organize well

Good communication skills, active listening skills, patience, and tact-fullness

Down to earth attitude and good behavior is a must
