Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

 Promote and sell air compressor solutions to existing and potential customers

 Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through regular field visits

 Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups

 Close sales and obtain purchase orders from customers

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

 Update and maintain CRM records accurately

 Monitor competitor activities and market trends

 Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections

 Prepare and submit sales reports, customer insights, and market feedback

 Support company initiatives to expand into new markets

Desired Skills & Qualifications

 1 to 10 years of experience in field sales / technical sales

 Strong communication skills in English (Kannada and Tamil preferred)

 Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities

 Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets

 Good time management and organizational skills

 Ability to handle objections and solve customer problems effectively

 Comfortable with field work and travel

 Valid driving license is mandatory
