Job Description

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients to promote Labsmart Healthcare Technologies products and services.

2. Provide excellent customer support through phone communication, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.

3. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and upselling opportunities.

4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.

5. Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.

6. Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge.

7. Support the sales team in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
