Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Maintenance: Installing new Washing Machine ,Dishwasher and performing preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Troubleshooting and Repairs: Using diagnostic tools to identify technical issues and repairing or replacing faulty components.
- Refrigerator Gas charging & Repairing
- Customer Service: Providing on-site support, training customers on equipment usage, and managing customer expectations.
- Logistics and Safety: Operating company vehicles, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean work area.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze malfunctions and implement solutions.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, climb, and work in confined spaces.
- Experience/Education: High school diploma or GED; technical training or relevant experience is often preferred.
Common Requirements
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
