Job Description
The Finance Manager will be responsible for supporting the organisation in maintaining efficient and transparent financial management systems across projects and locations. The role will ensure proper accounting, financial documentation, budget monitoring, statutory compliance, procurement processes, payroll management, donor financial reporting, and audit coordination in line with organisational policies and donor requirements. The position will also support strengthening internal financial controls, ensuring timely statutory filings and payments, maintaining accurate financial records in accounting systems, and facilitating smooth financial operations across project offices. The Finance Manager will work closely with programme teams, project locations, consultants, vendors, auditors, and statutory authorities to ensure financial accountability, compliance, and effective utilisation of organisational and donor resources.
