Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Tour Guide to provide exceptional experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, Kannada, and Hindi, with a friendly demeanor and a passion for sharing local culture and history. As a Tour Guide, you will lead groups through various attractions, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience for all participants.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct Tours: Lead and manage tours at various attractions, providing insightful commentary and engaging stories about the history, culture, and significance of each location.
• Customer Interaction: Establish a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, addressing questions and ensuring guests feel comfortable and engaged throughout the tour.
• Language Proficiency: Communicate effectively in English, Kannada, and Hindi to cater to diverse groups and enhance their understanding of the destinations.
• Safety and Guidance: Ensure the safety of all participants, providing guidance and support during the tour and addressing any concerns.
• Cultural Ambassador: Share local customs, traditions, and insights, enriching the experience for guests and promoting cultural appreciation.
• Feedback Collection: Gather guest feedback to continually improve tour experiences and services.
