Finance Executive

Role: Executive - Finance Executive

Job Purpose: 

Responsible for revenue accounting and ensuring timely payment collection

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end revenue accounting process, ensuring timely and accurate recognition of revenue
• Oversee the petty cash disbursement process, maintaining accurate records and receipts
• Conduct regular reconciliations to ensure the proper utilization and accounting of petty cash funds
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records
• Reconcile daily cash, card, and UPI transactions to ensure accurate recording and reporting
• Manage the reconciliation of purchase transactions, ensuring proper recording and alignment with budgetary guidelines
• Work closely with procurement teams to verify and reconcile purchase orders, receipts, and vendor invoices
• Process and book vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner

Job Specifications:

• Qualification: B. Com / M. Com/ Accounts or Finance related degree
• Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience in maintaining accounts, preferably in a hospital or related industry
• Technical Skills / Job – related Skills: Proficiency in Book keeping and auditing. Adept on software like MS Office, Tally, Accounting software/s 
• Management Skills: team player, maintain good people relations, practice conflict resolution, time management and organizing skills
• Communication Skills: Good command over Kannada/English. Ability to resolve problems through effective communication. Practice timely communication and follow - ups
