Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and skilled at identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and ATS systems
- Negotiate offers and follow up with candidates
- Ensure a positive candidate experience
- Support onboarding and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
