HR Executive

Job Title: HR Executive (Work From Home)Experience: 2+ Years

Location: Work From Home

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling all HR functions independently in a remote work environment.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)
• Manage employee onboarding and exit processes
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Handle payroll coordination and attendance tracking
• Address employee queries and provide HR support
• Implement HR policies and ensure compliance
• Manage performance appraisal processes
• Coordinate training and development activities
• Maintain employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in full-stack HR activities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Familiarity with HR tools and MS Office
• Must have a personal laptop and stable internet connection
• Preferred Skills:Experience in remote HR operations
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
