Job Description
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
Manage hiring for roles such as sales executives, service advisors, technicians, and managerial positions
Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
Use job portals, social media, and employee referrals to source candidates
Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new employees
Track recruitment metrics like time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire
Maintain compliance with company policies and labor laws
Manage recruitment team and external consultants/vendors
