Job Description
HR Head
1. Compliance & Governance Establish and oversee organization-wide HR compliance frameworks
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal policies
- Drive audit readiness and risk mitigation strategies
- Act as the custodian of ethical practices and corporate governance
2. POSH Lead implementation of POSH policies in line with legal requirements
- Ensure formation and effectiveness of the Internal Committee (IC)
- Oversee awareness programs and training across the organization
- Handle critical/escalated cases with confidentiality and legal alignment
3. Recruitment / Talent Acquisition Strategy Define and drive the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth
- Build strong employer branding and talent pipelines
- Monitor hiring metrics (quality, cost, time-to-hire) and optimize processes
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning and critical hiring decisions
4. Induction & Onboarding Design a structured onboarding and induction framework
- Ensure seamless integration of new hires into company culture
- Align onboarding with business goals, productivity, and engagement
- Continuously improve onboarding experience based on feedback
5. Exit Management & Interviews Develop a structured exit management process
- Analyze exit interview data to identify trends and retention risks
- Advise leadership on corrective actions to improve employee retention
- Ensure smooth and compliant separation processes
6. Talent Acquisition
- Build long-term talent pipelines for leadership and critical roles
- Drive succession planning in collaboration with business heads
- Leverage data analytics for talent forecasting and workforce planning
- Introduce modern hiring practices (campus, lateral, diversity hiring, digital hiring)
- Leadership Expectations Across All Functions Move from execution → strategy & governance
- Drive data-backed decision-making
- Ensure scalability of HR processes
- Act as a business partner, not just a support function
