Job Description

Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving financial efficiency, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance within the organization.



  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and audit requirements
  • Analyze financial data and provide insights for business decision-making
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (auditors, banks, vendors)
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely reconciliations
  • Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures
  • Support management with strategic financial planning and cost optimization



  • Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
