Job Description

The Order Management Executive will handle end-to-end order processing, client coordination, and ensure smooth execution from order confirmation to delivery.


  •  Key Responsibilities - Receive and process orders from:


  • Interior designers
  • Architects
  • Contractors


  • Verify order details (sizes, specifications, materials)
  • Coordinate with production team for execution
  • Track order status and provide updates to clients
  • Handle changes / revisions in orders
  • Ensure timely delivery and dispatch coordination
  • Maintain client communication and relationships
  • Resolve basic client queries/issues
  • Requirements Good communication skills (English + local language)
  • Experience in B2B coordination (preferred)
  • Basic Excel / system handling
  • Understanding of interior products is a plus
  • Payment Follow-up's
  • Invoice Creation
