Role & responsibilities

•Understanding stock market basics, equity and derivatives market concepts.

• Assisting clients regarding research services and market-related queries.

• Sharing research reports, market updates and service information with clients.

• Coordinating with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and emails.

• Maintaining client database and daily follow-up records.

• Generating leads and supporting business development activities.

• Assisting in onboarding of clients and documentation process.

• Supporting research and operational activities of the organization.

• Maintaining professional communication and compliance standards.

• Achieving assigned performance and client engagement targets.
