Financial Relationship Consultant

• Connect with customers through personal and professional network

• Guide clients on financial protection and long-term planning solutions

• Build and maintain customer relationships

• Generate referrals and repeat business

• Support clients through documentation and onboarding

Agency Business Partner

• Identify and recruit potential advisors through networking

• Mentor and support new team members

• Drive business growth through advisor activation

• Conduct local networking and recruitment activities

• Build a long-term sustainable advisor team

Preferred Candidate Profile

✔ Experience in Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Sales or Financial Services

✔ Good communication & networking skills

✔ Self-motivated and relationship-oriented

✔ Retired professionals / VRS candidates are welcome

✔ Existing local contacts in Bangalore preferred
