Food And Beverage Associate

Role Overview

The Food Safety & Quality Officer is responsible for maintaining and enhancing food safety,

hygiene, and quality standards across all kitchen and store operations. The role ensures

compliance with regulatory requirements, internal SOPs, and consistent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and surprise audits across kitchen, storage, and frontend operations

• Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and internal standards

• Monitor food handling, preparation, and storage practices

• Identify hygiene gaps and implement corrective actions

• Maintain audit reports and compliance documentation

• Inspect raw materials, storage conditions, and expiry management

• Ensure cleaning schedules and pest control compliance

• Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams

• Work with Training Associate for staff training

• Manage frontend audits and track action plans

• Develop and standardize quality control processesKey Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Hospitality, Microbiology, or related field

• 2–5 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of FSSAI guidelines

• Experience in audits and food safety systems

• Strong documentation and communication skills
