Graphic Designer

About the RoleWe are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in the branding and printing industry.

The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, a good understanding of print production processes, and the ability to create impactful visual communication for both digital and print media.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, catalogs, business cards, posters, banners, standees, and packaging.
• Create branding assets including logos, brand identity systems, corporate stationery, and brand guidelines.
• Develop creative concepts for advertising campaigns, social media creatives, and promotional materials.
• Prepare print-ready artwork with correct bleed, margins, color profiles (CMYK), and production specifications.
• Design large-format graphics including flex banners, vinyl prints, ACP signage, LED signage, wall graphics, and exhibition materials.
• Coordinate with the production and printing teams to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Modify and adapt existing artwork based on client requirements.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all customer touchpoints.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, printing technologies, and branding practices.
• Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Adobe InDesign.
• Good understanding of print production, color management, pre-press, and finishing techniques.
• Knowledge of branding principles, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience in designing for digital printing, offset printing, and large-format printing.
• Ability to create vector artwork and prepare production-ready files.
• Excellent creativity, communication, and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience working in a branding agency, advertising agency, printing press, signage company, or creative studio.
• Knowledge of packaging design, mockups, and basic video editing will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools is a plus.
