Job Description
Responsible for blue-collar and White collar recruitment and HR activities for the manufacturing unit, including candidate sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining workforce availability for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit shopfloor / blue-collar candidates and White -collar candidates.
- Conduct local hiring campaigns and coordinate with ITI / colleges for candidate sourcing.
- Develop and maintain a candidate databank.
- Build and manage relationships with labour contractors for manpower supply.
- Handle employee onboarding, induction, and handholding.
- Manage employee entry and exit processes and maintain HR records.
- Build local industry rapport for talent sourcing.
Preferred Profile:
- Experience in manufacturing or factory HR.
- Exposure to high-volume or blue-collar recruitment.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
