HR Executive

Responsible for blue-collar and White collar recruitment and HR activities for the manufacturing unit, including candidate sourcing, onboarding, and maintaining workforce availability for smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit shopfloor / blue-collar candidates and White -collar candidates.
• Conduct local hiring campaigns and coordinate with ITI / colleges for candidate sourcing.
• Develop and maintain a candidate databank.
• Build and manage relationships with labour contractors for manpower supply.
• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and handholding.
• Manage employee entry and exit processes and maintain HR records.
• Build local industry rapport for talent sourcing.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience in manufacturing or factory HR.
• Exposure to high-volume or blue-collar recruitment.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
