About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR professional who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment along with gaining exposure to government e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles (telecalling, sales, operations, etc.)

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers

Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, and offer rollouts

2. HR Operations:Maintain employee records and documentation

Assist in onboarding and induction processes

Handle attendance, leave records, and basic employee queries

3. Employee Engagement:Support employee engagement activities and initiatives

Coordinate internal communication and team-building efforts

4. Government E-Commerce Portal Exposure:Gain hands-on experience working with government e-commerce platforms (GeM Portal or similar)

Assist in vendor registration, product listing, and order processing

Understand compliance, documentation, and operational workflows

This exposure will significantly enhance the candidate’s professional profile and resume
