Field Recruiter

Job Summary:We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Field Recruiter responsible for hiring delivery executives for 3PL operations. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding quality candidates while ensuring target-based hiring and maintaining strong candidate pipelines.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and recruit delivery executives through field sourcing, job portals, referrals, and local networks
• Conduct initial screening and interviews to ensure candidate quality and eligibility
• Coordinate onboarding processes including document collection and app registration
• Ensure hiring targets are met on a daily and weekly basis
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure joining and retention
• Work closely with operations team to understand hiring requirements
• Conduct field activities such as job camps, banner placements, and walk-in drives
• Track and report recruitment progress on a daily basis
• Ensure candidates meet client-specific requirements (e.g., vehicle, documents, smartphone, etc.)
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Experience in field recruitment or bulk hiring (preferably in delivery/3PL/logistics)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Familiarity with local areas and sourcing techniques
• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using apps
