Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Executive / HR Officer

Job Summary:

The Human Resources (HR) Executive is responsible for managing employee-related activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role helps create a positive work environment and supports organizational goals through effective people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with payroll, attendance, and leave management.
  • Support performance appraisal and employee development programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Organize training and development initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports and documentation.
  • Promote employee engagement and workplace culture.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR or administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
