Job Description
Job SummaryFairdebt Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an energetic and target-driven HR Recruiter (Non-IT) with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in hiring for BPO, Collections, BFSI, Sales, Operations, and other non-IT roles while managing multiple positions simultaneously and achieving hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Handle bulk hiring and volume recruitment for BPO, Tele Collection, Field Collection, Customer Service, Operations, Sales, and support functions.
- Understand manpower requirements from hiring managers and prepare recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, employee referrals, job fairs, walk-in drives, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and manage walk-in drives, campus drives, and mass hiring events.
- Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, and ensure timely candidate onboarding.
- Follow up with selected candidates to maximize joining ratios.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets, turnaround time (TAT), and recruitment KPIs.
- Required SkillsStrong experience in bulk hiring/volume hiring.
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Experience in conducting walk-in drives and hiring events.
- Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
