Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent. The role involves identifying, attracting, and hiring candidates to support our business growth.


Responsibilities:


Identify potential candidates using multiple sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking)


Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements


Schedule and conduct interviews


Coordinate with department heads and hiring managers


Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress
