Position: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹15,000 per month

• Job Responsibilities:Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
• Follow up with selected candidates and ensure timely joining.
• Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to deployment.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates until joining and post-joining support if required.
• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination.
• Provide daily recruitment updates and reports.
• Handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
• Key Requirements:Must be result-oriented, hardworking, and target-driven.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Always responsive to candidates and management.
• Mobile phone must remain active and reachable at all times (no switch off).
• Ability to work independently from home.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and recruitment portals preferred.
• Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
• Performance Expectations:Timely closures of open positions.
• Strong candidate follow-up ratio.
• High joining success rate.
• Professional communication and quick response time.

Salary:₹15,000 per month + Performance incentives
