Job Description – HR Recruiter (Work From Home)
Position: HR Recruiter
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Work From Home
Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Job Responsibilities:Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and employers.
- Follow up with selected candidates and ensure timely joining.
- Manage complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to deployment.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates until joining and post-joining support if required.
- Ensure proper documentation and onboarding coordination.
- Provide daily recruitment updates and reports.
- Handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
- Key Requirements:Must be result-oriented, hardworking, and target-driven.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Always responsive to candidates and management.
- Mobile phone must remain active and reachable at all times (no switch off).
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, Email, and recruitment portals preferred.
- Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
- Performance Expectations:Timely closures of open positions.
- Strong candidate follow-up ratio.
- High joining success rate.
- Professional communication and quick response time.
Salary:₹15,000 per month + Performance incentives
