HR Recruiter

As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment and eager to contribute to the growth of a thriving organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job specifications.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume reviews, interview scheduling, and candidate assessments.
• Use multiple sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and provide hiring managers with shortlists of top candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and follow-ups with candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor laws in the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
• Familiarity with various recruiting techniques and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of HR policies and labor laws is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred but not required).
