Job Description

Experience: 06 Months – 1 Year

Location: Bangalore (or specify)

Department: Human Resources

Reporting To: HR Manage


  • Educational QualificationMBA / PGDM in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree with HR certification (preferred)


  • Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Talent AcquisitionAssist in end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements
  • Source resumes through job portals, referrals, and internal databases
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face)
  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
  • Support offer letter preparation and documentation follow-ups


Employee Engagement

  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and initiatives
  • Support internal communication such as HR announcements, newsletters, and notices
  • Help conduct employee feedback, surveys, and engagement assessments
  • Coordinate celebrations, events, and cultural initiatives
  • Act as a point of contact for basic employee queries and concerns


Training & Development Management

  • Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new hires
  • Assist in identifying training needs and maintaining training calendars
  • Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors
  • Track training attendance, feedback, and effectiveness
  • Maintain training records, reports, and documentation


HR Operations Support

  • Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Support HR reporting and MIS as required
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes
  • Assist with other HR initiatives and projects as assigned


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
